What data we collect and why we collect it
None of your personal data is collected on this site since you can't register an account, login or make purchases. The only data we could receive from you that is personal is data you decide to send us voluntarily through the contact form. Please refrain from doing so, unless it is required for business contacts.
If you contact us through the contact form on our contact page, any information you type into it will be sent to us via email and saved. Please do not send us any personal information, such as your phone number(s), addresse(s), etc.. Never send us your SS# or credit card info, as there is no reason we need it and will never request such information.
By sending us a message through our contact form, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, do not send messages through the contact form on our website.
Embedded content from other websites
Google Analytics is used on this website to provide information about how people use the site so we can improve it—such as what pages get the most traffic, what keywords are used to discover us through search engines, what browsers and locations users are accessing the site from, etc.. This data is stored in the Google Analytics system and is not shared with any other 3rd parties.
How long we retain your data
We currently don't collect any personal data from those who visit this website. See the above sections about sending messages through our contact form or by submitting comments using the comment form.
Analytics data may be kept for several months or years.
Contact form messages and submitted comments may be kept indefinitely and used for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Do not send us messages through the contact form or the comment form if you do not agree with the terms set forth on our legal page.
What rights you have over your data
You may request that we erase any personal data that we hold about you that you have voluntarily sent us. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Information you put into the contact form may be checked through an automated spam detection service via the website software or our dedicated server, such as Google reCaptcha. The Google Analytics tracking code will send non-personal information (metadata) to the Google Analytics system.
CSS and Modern Techniques
Our site uses CSS3 variables and other modern techniques for web design and programming, and will not display or work properly on old and deprecated browsers. i.e. We do not support IE. Learn more about using this site on our about page.
Currently in Beta
Our current site has been released as a beta version so there may be some glithches, particularly in the layout because of bugs in certain browsers we need to make workarounds for. We are aware of many of them, but please feel free to let us know if you see any weirdness incase it is unique to your browser, OS or installed plug-ins.
How we protect your data
We have additional security setup on our server to try and prevent 3rd parties from hacking into it or intercepting the data sent to and from the server and your browser. The website runs exclusively through HTTPS using SSL to encrypt all data sent and received. Nothing is fool-proof when it comes to digital information, but we do our best to protect data.
If you believe your data has been intercepted, or if you experience strange behavior in your browser when using the website, please contact us and let us know.
